Without regular reviews, these can quickly get out of hand. This results in rising project costs with no results, a lack of acceptance in specialist departments, excessive demands on employees or even the abandonment of the project.<br>We offer you a structured and proven procedure for avoiding such situations. We use these for planning complex projects as well as for rehabilitating non-performing projects. The key here is to understand and manage individual project risks. To start off, a detailed inventory of the risks in the project and in the project environment is required. To this end, we carry out qualified interviews with your key stakeholders and suppliers as well as in the project environment based on a proven questionnaire. We jointly classify identified risks based on the probability of their occurrence and their impact. On the basis of this classification, we derive the necessary measures and responsibilities in order to jointly lead the project to success.<\/p>\t\t<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    \t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"tab-pane fade\" id=\"projectandprogrammanagement\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"projectandprogrammanagement-tab\">\n\t\t<div class=\"tab-col-2\">\n\t\t\t<p>In many of our activities, we continuously further develop our methods and procedures for the planning and management of large, complex transformation projects.\u00a0Our approach differs significantly from many other procedural models for project design in one point: we use risk analysis and risk management systematically as a basis for project planning and project management.\u00a0In our experience, the causes of problems in a project lie either with the stakeholders, the project itself or with the suppliers.\u00a0Examples include conflict between stakeholders, excessively high demands, unclear definition of goals, insufficient planned resources, limited availability of planned resources and poorly defined responsibilities.\u00a0Thanks to our approach, avoiding these risks becomes an integral part of project management from the start \u2013 and is therefore the key to the success of the project.<\/p>\t\t<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    \t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"tab-pane fade\" id=\"projectrehabilitation\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"projectrehabilitation-tab\">\n\t\t<div class=\"tab-col-2\">\n\t\t\t<p>In ailing projects, risks have already emerged. In these cases, we therefore focus the risk analysis primarily on identifying and analysing the causes of the problems in the project.\u00a0As a result of the risk analysis, we provide you with a catalogue of measures for rehabilitating the non-performing project.\u00a0Building on this, we jointly design the project structure and project management so that the causes of the problem are eliminated and risks are minimised over the course of the project.\u00a0Typical measures can for example include the prioritisation of the project portfolio, the expansion of the project plan into an effective control tool with realistic results and deadlines, the introduction of a clear project structure or even the strengthening of the role of the project leader.\u00a0In extreme cases, this can also lead to a restart of the project.\u00a0With our experience and risk based approach, we help you to lead ailing projects to a successful conclusion.<\/p>\t\t<\/div>\n    <\/div>\n    \t\t<\/div>\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Many companies face major challenges.
