Ingo Winterhoff

Ingo Winterhoff has more than 20 years of global leadership experience in both international corporations and mid-sized companies.
He combines two decades of retail experience in IT and HR roles—management and transformation—with years of experience as a consultant and organizational developer, and CEO of an international e-commerce company.
Ingo Winterhoff brings deep expertise in business transformation, IT management, and organizational development.
He started his career at adidas as an SAP FICO consultant, followed by years as an IT manager in line management, project and program management in Germany and the USA (incl. SAP Retail and POS implementations, M&A and divestiture projects, and performance management). He then took on leadership roles as VP Rewards (implementation of a global compensation system) and as CEO of Massivmöbel24 GmbH. There, he developed the company’s strategy, led its business transformation (incl. the implementation of MS Business Central), drove organizational development and team set up in India, and led supplier transitions and development partnerships with manufacturers abroad.
Today, Ingo Winterhoff is self-employed and works with Acent in the retail and consumer goods sector, focusing on transformation and organizational development.
