With over 37 years of experience in the IT industry and more than 26 years in senior management positions at international IT providers, Ralf Reich has exceptionally broad and in-depth expertise. IBM, HP and Unisys, as well as other global service providers such as Wipro, Mindtree and SoftServe, are among the defining stages of his professional career. His many years of experience on the provider side have given him a deep understanding of international delivery models, IT services and the development of high-performance organisations.

His strengths and areas of focus lie in provider management, the strategic alignment of IT services and the management of complex customer projects, including contract negotiations. One of his particular successes was the establishment of a national organisation for Wipro. Ralf Reich not only brings cross-industry experience and strong IT services expertise to the table, but also stands out for his strong customer focus, empathy and reliability.
