Michaela Epp

Michaela Epp combines extensive project management experience with a proven track record in delivering regional and global initiatives. During her 27-year career at SAP SE, she held a variety of leadership and management roles. From 2014 onwards, she worked at the SAP AppHaus as a Business Lead, Project Manager, and Design Thinking Coach.

In these roles, she led cross-functional teams and supported clients from various industries in transformation and digitalization initiatives. Her projects received several awards, including two German Innovation Awards. In addition to her passion for designing and facilitating workshops, Mrs. Epp brings extensive experience from management positions. She combines strong methodological expertise with the ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and accessible way.

She advises Acent clients who seek to drive employee adoption as a key success factor for their AI initiatives. Through flexible workshop formats, she places user needs at the center of the innovation process, helping organizations develop practical and efficient solutions while addressing both technical and ethical considerations.
