Irina Dejter has more than eight years of experience in the design, analysis, and management of complex IT transformation and digitalization projects. After working in the judicial system, she transitioned to IT consulting and spent several years at Accenture as an IT consultant. There, she led challenging projects in the roles of concept designer and product owner and was responsible for analyzing, structuring, and defining the technical details of
complex requirements. Her professional foundation consists of a Bachelor of Science in Business Informatics and a Master of Science in IT Management.

Among her most important references are complex digitization and transformation projects in public administration at the federal and state levels In these roles, she was responsible for analyzing and structuring complex business processes, developing technical concepts, and coordinating between business units, management, and development teams. Due to her in-depth understanding of modern software architectures, development processes, and agile methodologies, she lays the foundation for high-quality, cost-effective, and sustainably maintainable IT solutions.
