Swen Rehders

Swen Rehders has held various management positions at leading IT service providers for over 35 years. After starting his career at IBM, he became Managing Director at EDS in 2001, responsible for outsourcing in the DACH region, and moved to Siemens (SIS) in 2010, where he was responsible for global outsourcing sales. As part of the integration of SIS into ATOS, Mr Rehders led the global large deal organisation as a member of the ExCom.   

  In 2015, he finally moved to NTTDATA, where he was most recently CEO Cluster Germany and later CEO EMEA.   

Swen Rehders has been project leader for PMI in several M&A processes. As part of his activities at NTTDATA, he made a significant contribution to the establishment and expansion of the shoring locations in Europe and Asia. Mr Rehders is also a certified mediator of the TENOS Academy.  

As an Associate Partner at ACENT, Mr Rehders advises clients on sourcing and shoring strategy and is available as a mediator in difficult project situations.
