Burkhard Walder has over 30 years of professional experience in automotive production.

After his time as a project manager at an automotive supplier, he founded BWengineering GmbH in 1999 and has been working with his employees in various industrial and consulting functions for over 25 years.

His focus is on the analysis of existing industrial processes, the introduction of lean management principles and the short-term assumption of management positions in the production sector in order to optimise and stabilise company processes.
