With over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Yvonne Scislowski is an expert in project and process management. As former Head of Customer Service at Telefónica/O2, she has extensive experience in managing and optimising service teams. Yvonne Scislowski has successfully managed complex programs for well-known telecommunications groups such as Deutsche Telekom. She specializes in IT service management, call center management and consumer service. She also focuses on digitalisation and the rollout management of collaboration applications.
