Claudia Lubahn

Claudia Lubahn worked for many years at BayernLB as a project and program manager and as head of regulatory affairs. Since 2015, she has been advising banks on transformation projects, software implementations and complex IT projects. She applies her strategic approach particularly to the preparation and implementation of technical and organizational change processes. As a trainer, systemic coach and business mediator, she shares her expertise with executives and project managers in various industries.
