Michael Staade

Michael Staade has over 25 years of experience as a consultant in the management and optimization of processes at companies such as Bayer, Wella, MTU, Pirelli, Red Bull, and Beiersdorf, as well as serving as CIO and CEO in the restructuring of IT departments and IT subsidiaries at ARAG, Grohe, and Rheinische Post Media Group, among others.

In all these years of his career, in addition to his experience in restructuring, process optimization, managing local and global rollout projects in SAP and infrastructure, data center operations, and expanding partner and sales structures, he has also successfully completed numerous projects abroad in countries such as the USA, Italy, France, Brazil, Portugal, Austria, Switzerland, and the Netherlands.

At Acent, his focus is on implementing financial, organizational, and technical optimizations for IT departments and IT companies. He also provides reliable support for the timely management of critical project and operational situations in our clients’ companies.
