With over 26 years of experience in operational management at well-known companies, Andreas Constantin Acra has led complex transformation and digitalisation projects in a wide range of industries, particularly in the areas of IT, business operations, strategic corporate management and operational excellence. In senior positions – most recently as COO, managing director, CIO and consultant in top management – he has worked for renowned organisations such as Colosseum Dental, Roche Pharma AG, Essen University Hospital, ZF and numerous medium-sized companies and corporations in various industries. His work focuses on the development and implementation of IT projects within the framework of growth strategies, digitalisation and the establishment of high-performance IT organisations, as well as the successful management of global reorganisation and integration projects. He builds bridges between business units and IT, and his expertise includes IT in highly regulated industries, the digitalisation of business processes, the implementation of large-scale IT projects and the management of extensive change and integration programmes. Mr. Acra’s greatest successes include the establishment and management of IT organisations, the implementation of significant operational cost savings as part of reorganisations, successful post-merger integrations, and digital offensives, including AI and SAP implementations at European market leaders.
