Dr Consuela Utsch is a consultant and founder, as well as long-standing managing director, of ACUROC Solutions GmbH. For over 25 years, she has been supporting international companies in implementing change processes with a focus on measurability, risk management and sustainability.
As a programme and project manager and expert in mind and cultural change, she pursues a pragmatic consulting approach. Her claim: transformations are successful when those affected permanently anchor new structures and working methods in practice. Her work has been recognised several times as Top Consultant and with FOCUS Business Awards.
