Dr. Günter Schulteis has over 33 years of experience as an executive IT manager, entrepreneur and consultant, including key positions in international corporations in the life sciences, chemical and financial sectors. His career has been marked by the successful leadership of global teams, the implementation of complex transformation programmes and the digitalisation of innovative business models and IT solutions in demanding corporate environments.

His particular areas of expertise lie in strategic IT and digital transformation, change and turnaround management, post-merger IT integration and the establishment of global delivery centres. His outstanding achievements include an HR transformation that won the SAP Quality Award, a group-wide cloud transformation with proven cost and complexity reductions, and the development of an internationally established service delivery framework. In addition, he has extensive expertise in the integration of modern ERP, HCM and analytics platforms, as well as in the agile realignment of large organisations (SAFe, DevOps).
