Hans Berg

Hans Berg has more than 35 years of management, consulting and implementation experience in the IT sector – primarily for national and international insurance companies. He was managing director of several IT provider companies for over 25 years. Since 2016, he has worked as a consultant and freelance project manager for insurance companies in Germany and Austria.
His successes include the strategic selection and implementation of insurance software from various providers in the life insurance and P&C sectors for policy and claims, including insurance-specific, cross-sector applications such as collection & disbursement, commission and partner management.
As an ACENT Associate Partner, Hans Berg focuses on advising insurance companies on developing application software strategies and on the use of AI to further increase the effectiveness of processing customer requirements. He also specialises in advising on the selection of insurance software from various providers and the drafting of corresponding contracts.
