Ingo Bahrs has more than 25 years of consulting and implementation experience in consulting mandates with national and international insurance companies. Until 2020, he led IBM’s consulting and integration business across Europe as Managing Partner.

He has extensive experience in concluding and setting up successful transformation partnerships as well as in implementing large transformation programs. This includes the establishment of core insurance as well as interaction platforms for the use of digital specialist value-added services in the insurance ecosystem.
Ingo Bahrs has defined target landscapes, led numerous strategic consulting mandates in the implementation of innovations and accompanied the founding of new companies.
