He has particular expertise in the integration of AI-driven business models, cloud-based platform transformations and IT restructuring in the context of carve-outs and post-merger integrations.
His experience includes leading global IT transformations for corporations with up to 300,000 employees in 130 countries, developing and implementing AI-supported business models for international manufacturing companies, and providing strategic consulting on the use and implementation of cloud and AI for DAX-listed corporations in the automotive and utilities industries.
