Malika Bauer worked in various IT-related roles before taking on global responsibility for the application systems at Robert Bosch in 1997. Following this, she worked as a CIO at Bosch Siemens Hausgeräte before taking up the post of managing director at HVB Systems. She then took charge of IT at BayernLB in her role as group CIO.
Today she advises IT organizations on issues concerning the future-proofing of IT and works as an interim manager.
