Michael Regauer

Michael Regauer worked for more than 25 years in various functions at the Munich Re / ERGO Group, including 13 years as Managing Director for application development, projects, and architecture. In parallel, he was Managing Director of an SAP software house, with locations in Germany, Portugal and Greece. From the beginning, his main focus was on major strategic projects, the transformation of business and IT as well as national and international system implementations based on standard software or individual developments. His involvement was focused primarily on IT methodology, in particular test management, agile development and standardization (CMMI, SOA) as well as architecture management.

Today, he is a Partner at ACENT, and supports as a consultant or program manager the implementation of complex transformation projects and reorganizations for various companies.
