Nicola Lukaschewsky

Nicola Lukaschewsky has more than 25 years of experience in IT consulting with a particular focus on enterprise solutions and cloud transformations. Her career began in 1996 as an SAP consultant at Thyssen Schachtbau, followed by 27 years at Microsoft, where she provided strategic advice to major international companies and federal authorities.

She has extensive experience in managing complex deployment projects in the areas of modern workplace, IT management and security. She has extensive expertise in the design and implementation of adoption and change strategies for cloud transformations and specialises in the successful introduction and optimisation of the Microsoft 365 cloud environment. Her many years of experience in managing major international projects for well-known companies such as thyssenkrupp and Bayer underline her ability to design successful IT transformations in complex corporate structures.

As an experienced ‘trusted advisor’, Ms Lukaschewsky is characterised by her pronounced customer orientation. She supports projects holistically – from the initial concept to successful implementation. Her particular strength lies in the orchestration of complex structures and the harmonisation of technical requirements with the business objectives of her clients.
