Thomas Panzner has more than 40 years of experience in the IT industry, gained at leading international IT consulting and service companies for complex products, services, and projects. In addition to management functions, his focus lies particularly in the sustainable development of trustful and results-oriented customer relationships – especially in the sectors of primary and reinsurance, asset management, and airline/business travel.
His most significant achievements include the implementation of a customer portal with completion processes for composite products for one of Germany’s largest primary insurers, as well as the transformation and migration of a legacy accounting application to a powerful, maintainable platform involving extensive nearshore development. Furthermore, he implemented an asset management solution for a major German investment management company and developed a comprehensive integration architecture for a significant investment manager.
