Elmar Seestädt

As a consultant for digital and agile transformation, Elmar Seestädt has worked for many years with top executives in companies across a wide range of industries. He gained his deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities of digitalisation both at top management consultancies such as Accenture and as Chief Digital Officer of Bank Deutsches Kraftfahrzeuggewerbe and in the management of Jungheinrich Digital Solutions. As a freelance lecturer at the Hamburg School for Business Administration (HSBA), he has turned his profession into a hobby by taking on module responsibility for ‘Agile Working’ within the Master’s programme in Digital Transformation & Sustainability.
