Jörg Heinrich

Jörg Heinrich is an experienced interim expert for executive top management positions as CIO, CDO or CEO. In these and other positions, he has led complex, global process and IT projects and has extensive experience in managing difficult crisis projects in various industries. Jörg Heinrich is at home in the competence fields of IT in sales and marketing, IT architecture, cloud platforms, digital transformation, process design, organizational restructuring and others.
In addition to his many years of experience in IT management and in complex global corporate IT projects, he was a mentor in various research projects and seminars at the University of Sankt Gallen (HSG), Switzerland for many years. Current topics here include organizational transformations and new work.
