Oliver Fiedler

Oliver Fiedler started his career as Project Management Officer, Commercial Director and CIO in a medium-sized logistics company. Today, with over 18 years of professional experience, he is an experienced consultant in the management of national and international technology projects, also as an interim manager.

In particular, he has worked for large logistics companies, railroad companies (e.g. Deutsche Bahn) and automotive manufacturers (e.g. Volkswagen), also with project budgets exceeding €100 million.

With his expertise in change management and strong communication and motivation skills, he supports companies in strategic and operational transformations, not only in IT, but also to innovative business models.  Today, Oliver Fiedler focuses increasingly on SAP/ERP projects.
